Our Policies
We are a cashless salon and accept all major credit cards as payment.
Should you need to cancel
CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% of services booked fee will be charged to the card on file.
Should you need an adjustment
SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If your are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to make adjustments at no additional charge when scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date. Please not that we do not offer complementary services as a result of a change of mind with haircut or color. ALL SERVICE SALES ARE FINAL/ NO REFUND ON SERVICES
Should you not show up
NO SHOW POLICY: Same day cancellations less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment or a “no show”(failure to show) will be subject to a 100% of services booked cancellation charge to the credit card placed on file at time of booking.
